Adult Volunteers (Cadet Forces Adult Voluteer)

We are actively recruiting adult volunteers to support and grow the squadron. You do not need military experience. What matters is what you bring.

We are looking for people with real-world skills, including:

• Media / Marketing
• HR / Recruitment
• Teaching / Training
• Finance / Admin
• IT / Digital
• Youth work or mentoring

These skills directly improve what we deliver to cadets.

Roles Available

• Civilian Instructors (CI): Deliver training, support activities, and help run the squadron
• Padres (Chaplaincy): Provide welfare, guidance, and pastoral support
• Civilian Committee (CivCom): Manage governance, fundraising, and long-term sustainability

What You Need to Know

• No previous military background required
• Full training and support provided
• Flexible commitment based on your availability
• Direct impact on young people’s development
• If you are applying as staff, expect to be needed

The squadron’s ability to grow is limited less by cadet demand and more by adult support.
