Cadet Recruitment

We recruit new cadets twice a year, with intakes in March and September.

To join, you must first register your interest through the official RAF Air Cadets website. Once registered, your details are sent to us and you will be contacted when a place becomes available on the next intake.

We experience high demand, as the squadron can receive up to three applications per day - so waiting times are normal. Register early and be patient.

What to expect:

• Structured intake process twice per year
• High demand and limited spaces
• Direct follow-up from the squadron when your intake opens

If you are serious about joining, do not wait until the intake month. Please note, that the Squadron does not accept walk-ins, nor can you join outside of our intakes. Apply early or you will miss it.
